Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://dump.ecm.in.ua/ and explains the conditions under which refunds or corrections may be provided for digital products.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on the Website are digital products delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.
2. General Refund Rule
Once a digital product has been delivered, the purchase is considered completed and refunds are not provided.
Delivery is considered completed when a download link has been sent to the customer's email address.
3. Exceptions
A refund or correction may be considered only in the following cases:
- the digital product was not delivered due to a technical error on the Seller's side;
- the delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved.
In such cases, the customer must contact support within 7 days of purchase.
4. Corrections Instead of Refunds
If the issue can be resolved by correcting or re-delivering the digital product, the Seller may offer a correction instead of a refund.
This applies primarily to custom modification services.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- incorrect file selection by the customer;
- incompatibility due to ECU, software, or vehicle configuration differences;
- lack of technical knowledge or experience on the customer's side;
- change of mind after delivery;
- successful delivery of the digital product as described.
